Eye Empire

The origin of Eye Empire began in 2007 when Corey Lowery (ex. Stuck Mojo/Stereomud/Dark New Day) and B.C. Kochmit (ex. Switched) started to construct what would eventually, and unknowingly, become the foundation of an empire. The two would get together once or twice per month to write and record as many songs as possible.

After two years of writing and searching for the right vocalist to stamp his mark on this new music, Donald Carpenter (ex. Submersed) joined the group in October of 2009. followed by former Texas Hippie Coalition member Ryan Bennett on drums. The band's debut album: Moment of Impact will be released in the coming months via Bad Puppy Records / Bulldog Productions.

Produced by Corey Lowery and Eye Empire, early pressings of the album have already sold thousands of copies on-line exclusively through mail order. An expanded track listing with three brand new songs make up the national release of Moment Of Impact.

The first single from the album, "I Pray" has already been heard on Sirius/XM's "Octane" for the past few months; while the band has been staging one standing room only show after another. Eye Empire will immediately head back out on the road for dates beginning on September 4th in Madison, WI, and rolling in to a direct support run with Wayne Static’s Pighammer that commences on September 27th in Sacramento

This is their "Moment of Impact” and it’s just the beginning.

Enemy Remains Welcomes Jesse Friedlander As New Guitarist

Jesse Friedlander played guitar on "Hold On" with All That Remains on May 18, 2011 at the Dome at Oakdale in Wallingford, Connecticut. He auditioned for Enemy Remains and was greatly welcomed into the band recently.

Jesse won 106.9 WCCC's contest, an Ibanez guitar and played onstage live with the band. ATR was on the Uranium Tour with Black Label Society, Anchored and Hourcast. Hanging with these bands was GREAT... what a great bunch of folks! Thanks to all at WCCC, the venue, and the tour! We look forward to seeing you next time around!

In recent interviews with Steve Zimmerman, including, “Sick Drummer Magazine”, viewed the drummer’s past years in music continued after Zimmerman’s relive of Fates Warning. After being replaced by Mark Zonder, Zimmerman went on continuing his career in music with projects like Image Beyond, Interface and finally succeeded with “Enemy Remains”.

Enemy then received notification that one of their tracks “Live For Today” picked for the well-known video game “Rockband “which brought their first royalty checks, then keeping the position of the #1 spot continuously for 3 consecutive months in the summer of 2011 on Rockstar Uproar Battle of the Bands bringing an invitation for the summer of 2012 for the top 15 bands to travel to Spokane, Washington to deliver “The Enemy”. The band now succeeded its very first album on Itunes to be distributed World Wide. This was all possible with the help of Management, WitchWizard Entertainment.

Enemy Remains Is Heard!!

Former Drummer for Fates Warning Steve Zimmerman and Guitarist Tommy Blardo has finally released their 1st CD and it KILLS!! I have been fortunate enough to play some dates with them and listen to many of these songs played live. But hearing them all together in an album format really says it all. From the first track "Remember Tomorrow" the band is on fire. Crushing Riffs, Searing Solo's, Powerhouse Vocals and The Thunder of Steve Zimmerman sums up what you will hear from all 11 tracks. There’s nothing that will disappoint as each song rips the flesh from your ears. Vocals are shared by Tom and Original Vocalist Kevin Flowers who both handle the duties with precision!! This stuff is sick and I advise anyone who is serious about their metal to give it a listen. Great Job Fella’s!! Now Get on the road and promote the S*** out of it!!!!!
